The EPII HPT6 Ultra Cream 10% Forte face cream is a concentrated well-aging treatment designed to meet the needs of skin with visible signs of aging, pronounced lines and loss of firmness.

At the heart of the formula is the HPT6 complex with 10% HPT (Hydroxypropyl Tetrahydropyrantriol), an active ingredient that supports the skin’s structural integrity and helps improve tissue density and elasticity.

Its action is complemented by 2% Matrixyl Synthé'6, an advanced peptide that targets wrinkles and helps improve skin texture.
At the same time, the formula supports natural renewal, leaving the face and neck looking fuller, smoother and more resilient.

Its rich, cushiony texture melts gently into the skin on application and absorbs evenly, providing lasting comfort without leaving a noticeably greasy feel.

Skin Barrier Strengthening & Deep Nourishment

The formula incorporates the specialized 3:1:1 Barrier Lipid Complex, a balanced blend of Ceramides (3%), Cholesterol (1%), and Fatty Acids (1%) in a ratio that mimics the skin’s natural lipid structure.

This complex replenishes the essential building blocks of the skin barrier, helping reduce transepidermal moisture loss and protect against dryness.

Enriched with 5% Panthenol and 1.5% Ectoin, the cream soothes the skin and helps retain water in its deeper layers.
