With a base frequency of 3.3GHz and a maximum Turbo Boost Max 3.0 frequency up to 4.8GHz, it is based on the Sapphire Rapids-WS architecture and manufactured using Intel 7 technology, providing high computational power for demanding professional applications.

It includes 33.75MB Intel Smart Cache, supports up to 2TB DDR5-4800 ECC across 4 memory channels, 64 PCIe 5.0 lanes, and is compatible with socket LGA4677 (Intel W790 chipset). It does not have integrated graphics and requires a discrete graphics card.

The Box (BX807132555X) version is available in commercial packaging without a cooler, aimed at professional workstation builds.
