Ultra Strong Thread Sealant 50ml

Airpress thread sealing glue is designed to protect and seal pipe and fastening connections. Its high resistance to pressure and temperature allows the sealing of components exposed to harsh conditions. The product works immediately once a layer is applied between closely fitted metal thread surfaces and prevents loosening and leaks caused by shocks and vibrations. It has excellent resistance to engine oil, unleaded gasoline, ethanol, biodiesel, etc. It can be used as a hydraulic connection sealant.

• Surface drying time: 10 minutes
• Pressure resistance: 689 bar
• Temperature resistance: from -60 to +150 °C

Instructions for use:

• Wipe moisture, oil, and dirt from the surface to be treated.
• Shake before use.
• Remove the cap.
• Apply a small amount to the required area.
• Immediately after application, screw the thread together to allow full penetration of the sealant.
• After use, clean the nozzle before reapplying the glue.
• Before installing the mechanism, make sure there is an air gap in the bottle to prevent the liquid from hardening.
