Adhesive with red thread 10ml

Product for securing threads against unwanted loosening, achieving high resistance. Prevents loosening of parts subject to vibrations. Excellent for permanent fastening of fixed connections in engines and domestic pumps. The product tightens when placed between tightly fitted metal surfaces without air access. Resistant to temperatures up to 149°C. Initial curing and secure thread fastening occurs after about 20 minutes, full curing after 24 hours. When used on less active metals such as zinc, aluminum, stainless steel or pure aluminum, curing time may be extended. Recommended for secure fastening of screws sized from M6 to M25 in devices that do not require frequent disassembly. For disassembly, heat the area above 150°C or apply high force to break the connection. Recommended for applications where regular disassembly of parts is not required. For M10 screws, the breaking torque is 22 Nm.
