The Chinese ones are better and cheaper than this particular Italian junk. Instead of steam, it produces hot water. You can't use it on beds and sofas. Get something better and more expensive, this one isn't worth a dime.
For some reason, the site incorrectly states that I didn't buy it from here, while it should say verified purchase. What a shame.

Excellent, the water tank is small but only a few and more expensive ones have a bigger one. For mattress, sofa and chairs, it works just fine, it does its job.

Very good for 8-10 minutes, then just refresh with a little water, it really helped me with small surfaces, also has a safety valve!!! VFM

It is heavy & the steam does not last long (one small curtain panel) and then you have to wait for it to cool down before you can open it and fill it with water again. It’s more work than it should be.

For a simple and quick disinfection, it is good. If you want to do frequent cleanings, then it is better to buy a more expensive one to get effective results with less effort.

Cleans well, but it is meant to be used on small surfaces and up close, because you carry it constantly and it has some weight. Also, its capacity is for small and few surfaces, as it holds about 270ml, which means 8-10 minutes of steam with breaks to reheat. In short, it is not for general cleaning, but locally and little by little it does its job quite well, and that's why I bought it, so for its price at €40 it is a very good purchase.

Steam leaks and that is frightening. I don't know if I will continue to use it. If someone ignores the leak, the steam is sufficient and cleans very well.

It is a good product but not for cleaning. It does a perfect job to freshen up one's new home when they have endless time on their hands. And patience. For an old house like mine, something more serious is needed.

So far, I am satisfied as it has great autonomy for a handheld steam cleaner (definitely ten minutes). The accessories are exactly what is needed!

Maybe for fabrics it might be okay, but for the job I bought it for, I was not satisfied at all. The steam pressure is sufficient, but the steam is not hot enough to do the job, and this is the main negative aspect. Too many pauses to reheat and refill the tank. For deep cleaning, such as tile grout, look for another product.

Purchase at 40€ a decent cleaner. Indeed, it needs breaks to warm up, however, it has a very sturdy construction and cleans very well, providing satisfactory pressure. Good value for money
