The Insta360 Luna Ultra is a fine line between a smartphone and mirrorless cameras.
It offers the portability of smartphones and how easy they are to use, combined with superior image quality. Of course, not at the level of a mirrorless camera.
Thanks to the gimbal, the video is stable and smooths out left-right movements.
The detachable controller/screen is an incredible quality-of-life update.
Beyond 8K video resolution, it can record 10-bit video with Dolby Vision or I-Log.
The camera’s microphone quality is incredibly good for a built-in mic, but I feel like it loses quality indoors. Obviously, the microphone in the Creator Bundle is much better, but its own microphone pleasantly surprised me as well.
You can take RAW photos with quite good results (on my profile you will find a video where I show photos from the camera)
I would have liked it to be a little larger so it would be more automatic, and the screen a little bigger too. For my fingers it is relatively small, or at least I need to be more careful with my movements because I make miss clicks. Nothing tragic or negative, it is my own problem.
The main problem of the Luna Ultra, like any gimbal camera, is its durability. It won’t fall and break, but gimbal cameras are definitely more delicate than any other kind of camera, and they also don’t handle dirt and water as well. If you want something like that, look at an action camera. The only reason I’m not removing a star for this issue is because ALL cameras of this type have it.
When the camera first came out, it had quite a few issues I’d say (mainly from what I read from others; I won’t say I found any myself), but day by day Insta360 fixed most if not all of them and continues to release firmware updates and make changes based on user feedback.
Finally, it works very well with automatic settings. You will never (almost never; I’ve learned not to be 100% sure even about my own shadow) have an issue with whether your image looks good or not.

Το κυριότερο πρόβλημα της Luna Ultra όπως και κάθε Gimbal κάμερας, είναι η ανθεκτικότητα της. Δε θα σας πέσει και θα σπάσει, αλλά σίγουρα είναι πιο ευαίσθητες οι Gimbal Cameras από κάθε είδος κάμερα, όπως επίσης δεν αντέχον το χώμα και το νερό τόσο καλά. Εάν θέλετε κάτι τέτοιο, να δείτε για Action Camera. Ο μόνος λόγος που δεν αφαιρώ αστέρι για αυτό το πρόβλημα, είναι επειδή το έχουν ΌΛΕΣ οι κάμερες τέτοιου τύπου.
Η κάμερα όταν βγήκε στην αγορά είχε αρκετά θεματάκια θα έλεγα (κυρίως το τι διάβαζα απο άλλους, εγώ δε θα πω πως βρήκα κάποιο ) αλλα μέρα με την μέρα η Insta360 έφτιαξε τα περισσότερα εάν όχι όλα και συνεχίζει να βγάζει Firmware Updates και να κάνει αλλαγές με βάση το Feedback του κόσμου.
Τέλος, δουλεύει πολά καλά με αυτόματες ρυθμίσεις. Δε θα έχετε ποτέ (σχεδόν ποτέ, έχω μάθει να μην ειμαι 100% σίγουρος ούτε για τη σκιά μου ) θέμα με το εάν η εικόνα σας φαίνεται ή όχι.

The Insta360 Luna Ultra is a fine line between a smartphone and mirrorless cameras.
It offers the portability of smartphones and how easy they are to use, combined with superior image quality. Of course, not at the level of a mirrorless camera.
Thanks to the gimbal, the video is stable and smooths out left-right movements.
The detachable controller/screen is an incredible quality-of-life update.
Beyond 8K video resolution, it can record 10-bit video with Dolby Vision or I-Log.
The camera’s microphone quality is incredibly good for a built-in mic, but I feel like it loses quality indoors. Obviously, the microphone in the Creator Bundle is much better, but its own microphone pleasantly surprised me as well.
You can take RAW photos with quite good results (on my profile you will find a video where I show photos from the camera)
I would have liked it to be a little larger so it would be more automatic, and the screen a little bigger too. For my fingers it is relatively small, or at least I need to be more careful with my movements because I make miss clicks. Nothing tragic or negative, it is my own problem.
The main problem of the Luna Ultra, like any gimbal camera, is its durability. It won’t fall and break, but gimbal cameras are definitely more delicate than any other kind of camera, and they also don’t handle dirt and water as well. If you want something like that, look at an action camera. The only reason I’m not removing a star for this issue is because ALL cameras of this type have it.
When the camera first came out, it had quite a few issues I’d say (mainly from what I read from others; I won’t say I found any myself), but day by day Insta360 fixed most if not all of them and continues to release firmware updates and make changes based on user feedback.
Finally, it works very well with automatic settings. You will never (almost never; I’ve learned not to be 100% sure even about my own shadow) have an issue with whether your image looks good or not.

Δε θα σας πέσει και θα σπάσει, αλλά σίγουρα είναι πιο ευαίσθητες οι Gimbal Cameras από κάθε είδος κάμερα, όπως επίσης δεν αντέχον το χώμα και το νερό τόσο καλά. Εάν θέλετε κάτι τέτοιο, να δείτε για Action Camera. Ο μόνος λόγος που δεν αφαιρώ αστέρι για αυτό το πρόβλημα, είναι επειδή το έχουν ΌΛΕΣ οι κάμερες τέτοιου τύπου.
Η κάμερα όταν βγήκε στην αγορά είχε αρκετά θεματάκια θα έλεγα (κυρίως το τι διάβαζα απο άλλους, εγώ δε θα πω πως βρήκα κάποιο ) αλλα μέρα με την μέρα η Insta360 έφτιαξε τα περισσότερα εάν όχι όλα και συνεχίζει να βγάζει Firmware Updates και να κάνει αλλαγές με βάση το Feedback του κόσμου.
