The HARTTE S12UM (S series) is a symmetrical standard electric lock with monitoring for access control systems. It is a normally closed (NC) device that is compatible with both left- and right-opening doors.

• Resistance: ~21 Ω
• Current consumption: approximately 400 mA (AC) / 570 mA (DC)
• Mechanical holding force: ~3500 N, rated for ~200,000 cycles
• Adjustable strike lock: 4 mm
• Not intended for fire doors (classified as a standard lock)
• Commonly used with intercom systems, controllers, and card readers
