The product is a fire-resistant adhesive paste based on silicates. Ideal for all materials that operate at very high temperatures above one thousand degrees Celsius. It is resistant to exhaust gases, diluted acids, water, chemicals, and low temperatures.

Application: Designed for repairs, assembly, and sealing of exhaust systems (e.g. manifolds, mufflers) in automobiles and constructions, as well as for assembly and sealing of damaged chimneys, metal and ceramic pipes that carry and discharge exhaust gases and liquids.

Instructions for Use:

• Bonding: The bonding surfaces must be clean from contaminants (dust, water, grease, etc.). Clean the metal surfaces with Cleaning Kit P-102 or Technical Degreaser P-959. Apply adhesive to one surface, spread evenly, and join the parts. The position can be adjusted within 5 minutes.
• Sealing: The joint/gap must be clean from contaminants (dust, water, grease, etc.). Apply adhesive and smooth with a spatula dipped in water. The position can be adjusted within 5 minutes.

Important: After complete drying and baking at temperatures above 500°C for about 2 hours, the joint becomes resistant to water and aqueous solutions. Heat gradually to prevent the formation of bubbles and cracks in the joint.
