The neutralizer is specially designed for all hair types and works internally to protect the hair shaft. There is no need to loosen the perm rods during hydrogen peroxide neutralization, as the formulation works internally within the hair structure.

The neutral pH of the product revitalizes elasticity and shine in every curl.

Directions for Use:

• Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water to start the neutralization process.
• Use the special bottle (applicator), and apply the product directly to each perm rod.
• Leave it on for 10 minutes, then loosen all the perm rods and rinse thoroughly.
• For very long hair, increase the time by 5 minutes.
