This wine carries the nickname "baby amarone" and is one of the signature wines of the winery. It is produced by blending the varieties of Amarone DOCG and Cabernet Sauvignon, enhancing the tannins. It is distinguished by intense aromas of cherries and forest berries, allowing hints of green pepper and spicy herbs. On the palate, it has amazing energy and elegance, masterfully combining the softness and warmth of Italian varieties with the strong character of Cabernet, offering a juicy finish with notes of raisins and spices.
For optimal elegance, it is recommended to serve in a decanter and consume 30 minutes after opening the bottle.
Food pairing: Ideal with roasted meats, spicy sauces, and Indian dishes.
