The story begins when Elliot, a young explorer, discovers a secret portal leading to the past inside newly discovered ruins. When the wicked minister Kaifried defies the king’s orders and passes through the portal to steal the mighty magical sword "Leytstaf", Elliot begins a chase that will change his fate. Despite his initial defeat, he is revived by the fairy Faie and embarks on an epic race against time to uncover the truth behind an ancient ice curse that threatens the kingdom.

On your journey, you will need to gather legendary weapons and items of great power, such as the ancient magical shield "Moonmirror", which belonged to the royal family of Huther. To restore the shield’s power, you will team up with Māo, a member of the mysterious and elusive Myū (magical cat-people) tribe. Interacting with these unique characters offers strategic advantages and unlocks deeper layers of the story.

The game features an advanced decision-making system that leads to three alternative endings, greatly increasing replayability. In the "Bronze Ending," the curse is broken but at a heavy cost, sending Elliot on a new journey of search. In the "Silver Ending," you use a sealing technique to contain the threat, but the king forbids you from traveling through time. In the "Gold Ending" (the true ending of the game), you manage to reunite your family and permanently break the curse.
