Sagrada Madre Sahumitos are 100% natural, handmade incense sticks from Argentina. They are traditional botanical bundles, made from selected herbs, flowers, and resins, tied with a plant-based binder. Each package contains 1 smudge bundle, with an approximate burning duration of 60 minutes.

What are Sahumitos:

Sahumitos are small bundles of dried herbs that burn slowly, releasing fragrant smoke. Traditionally, they are used for space cleansing, relaxation, and energy balancing.

How to use:

• Place the sahumito in a fireproof bowl or abalone shell with some sand.
• Light the tip of the bundle.
• Let it flame for a few seconds and then blow out the flame so it smokes slowly.
• If it is tightly bound, blow gently to keep it burning.
• To extinguish, press it into the sand and make sure it is completely out before storing.
