The Grove - Temp&Humi&Barometer Sensor (BME280) is a breakout board based on the Bosch BME280 sensor, a high-precision and low-power sensor for simultaneous measurement of:

• temperature,
• humidity,
• atmospheric pressure.

The sensor provides reliable environmental measurements and can also calculate the approximate altitude, as atmospheric pressure varies with altitude.

Note: Due to the sensor's high sensitivity to environmental conditions, do not touch it with your fingers.

Grove Plug & Play

The integrated Grove connector allows easy connection without complicated wiring and makes the sensor suitable for many applications.

The sensor can be connected to microcontrollers via:

• I2C (through the Grove connector)
• SPI

A software library is also provided for easier use in development applications.
