The muffler sleeves are made from stainless steel, titanium, or carbon fiber, while the end caps are made from titanium or carbon fiber. Additionally, stainless steel or titanium collectors are available, providing an upgrade to a full system when used with an Akrapovic slip-on muffler.
The metallic honeycomb structure of the catalyst contains noble metals such as palladium, rhodium, and platinum, converting the toxic carbon monoxide into non-toxic carbon dioxide and water vapor. The system includes an exhaust valve in the connecting pipe for improved performance.
