Connetable Talbot is the second label of Château Talbot, one of the ten Quatrièmes Crus Classés in the 1855 classification. The Château has a rich history as it was owned by Sir John Talbot, governor of Aquitaine in the 15th century. Since 1917, it has belonged to the Cordier family and is now managed by the fourth-generation Cordiers, Lorraine Rustmann and Nancy Bignon-Cordier.
It is one of the best and most well-known wines of Médoc, with characteristics:
