The Oxford Rockland motorcycle jacket is a long winter jacket designed for adventure riding. Its Dry2Dry Modular Layer construction has a waterproof rating of 8,000 mm and breathability of 3,000 g/m²/24 hours. It features a removable waterproof inner jacket and a removable insulated thermal jacket, as well as large zippered vents on the chest, torso, back and lower sleeves.

The outer shell is made from 600-denier HD-POLY polyester, while dobby polyester fabric on the shoulders and elbows enhances abrasion and tear resistance. The seams have reinforced stress points. The jacket has a pocket for a back protector, reflective details on the chest, upper arms and back, a YKK 360 connection zipper, and an additional short zipper for attaching it to motorcycle trousers.
