I had a problem with ants in the kitchen and I couldn't find where they were coming from so I got this. At first, I was relieved for about a week to 10 days. But then they came back and literally ignored the gel. In the end, I found where they were coming from and sprayed with WD-40 and that was it.

I applied the gel with some nuts on top (first gel then the nut on top) as bait and that's how it worked and the ants came, after a day I didn't see them again and two weeks have passed. On its own, it doesn't do anything special.

It seems that my ants were very picky. I have very small ones on the balcony, about 1-2 millimeters at most, but they are black and not yellow or red, like Pharaoh ants. I had tried many natural ways before, without result.
The last time I had used a mixture of honey and baking soda for several days, in equal proportions (because the sugar-baking soda mixture did not work). It had significantly reduced them, but had not eliminated them.

While in the previous days they had almost disappeared, I put honey again outside their nest as bait and I saw that they started to gather again.

Since I had no results again, I tried another gel, Daphne Agrotel's, they ate it and in 5 hours they were history.
Now for 10 days I have not seen a trace of them.
Φαίνεται πως τα δικά μου τα μυρμήγκια ήταν πολύ εκλεκτικά. Έχω στη βεράντα τα πολύ-πολύ μικρά, μεγέθους 1-2 χιλιοστών το πολύ, αλλά είναι μαύρα και όχι κιτρινωπά ή κοκινωπά, όπως τα Φαραώ. Είχα δοκιμάσει κι εγώ πολλούς φυσικούς τρόπους προηγουμένως, χωρίς αποτέλεσμα.
Την τελευταία φορά είχα χρησιμοποιήσει για αρκετές μέρες, ένα μείγμα από μέλι και σόδα, σε ίσες αναλογίες ( γιατί το μείγμα ζάχαρη-σόδα, δεν το πλησίαζαν). Τα είχε μειώσει αισθητά, αλλά δεν τα είχε εξαφανίσει.
Δοκίμασα το τζελ, ερχόταν, το μύριζαν και έκαναν μεταβολή.
Σκέφτηκα να το ανακατέψω και αυτό με μέλι μισό-μισό. Το έτρωγαν, αλλά όχι με πολύ ενθουσιασμό.
Για τρεις μέρες είχαν εξαφανιστεί (δεν βρήκα έξω ψόφια), αλλά φαίνεται πως είχαν κηρύξει τριήμερο πένθος ή πως τους δημιούργησε δυσπεψία και περίμεναν να συνέλθουν. Μετά επανήλθαν. Έβαλα ξανά, χωρίς να βλέπω ιδιαίτερη διαφορά.
Σκέφτηκα να κάνω ένα πείραμα. Άφησα έξω από το σημείο εξόδου ένα κομμάτι ξύγκι από κοτόπουλο και αμέσως μαζεύτηκαν γύρω ένα σωρό. Έριξα πάνω μια σταγόνα τζελ, με την ελπίδα να το φάνε, αλλά εξαφανίστηκαν αμέσως!!!
Μετά από μερικές μέρες, δοκίμασα και άλλο δόλωμα ( της raid), που επίσης δεν το πλησίαζαν και το άλλειψα και αυτό με μέλι και βρήκα μερικά ψόφια.
Τώρα, κάνω εναλλάξ τις διάφορες μεθόδους και μπορώ να πω, πως αυτά που κυκλοφορούν έξω είναι μετρημένα στα δάκτυλα, αλλά δεν ξέρω τι γίνεται μέσα στη φωλιά και επίσης δεν ξέρω ποια από τις τρεις μεθόδους είχε το καλύτερο αποτέλεσμα. Επίσης δεν ξέρω τι θα γίνει σε μερικές μέρες και αν έχει ψοφήσει η βασίλισσά τους, που είναι το ζητούμενο.
Προσπαθώ για πάνω από 20 μέρες συνολικά.
Θα επανέλθω σε μερικές μέρες.

Ενώ τις προηγούμενες μέρες σχεδόν είχαν εξαφανιστεί, έβαλα ξανά σαν δόλωμαγια το μέλι εξω από τη φωλιά τους και είδα πως άρχισαν να μαζεύονται πάλι αρκετά.
Πρόσεξα όμως, πως τα περισσότερα ήταν πολύ μικρά. Ελάχιστα ενήλικα κυκλοφορούσαν. Άρα μάλλον θα είχαν ψοφήσει τα μεγάλα.
Έβαλα ξανά το μείγμα τζελ-μέλι και ήρθαν αρκετά, αλλά είμαι επιφυλακτική για το αποτέλεσμα.

Επειδή και πάλι δεν είχα αποτέλεσμα, δοκίμασα άλλο τζελ, της Δάφνη Αgrotel, το έφαγαν και σε 5 ώρες έγιναν παρελθόν.
10 μέρες τώρα δεν έχω δει ούτε ίχνος τους.

Στην δική μου περίπτωση έχω στο μπάνιο τα ξανθά μυρμήγκια τα μεγάλα.. Τέτοια εποχή κάθε χρόνο μεγάλη τυραννία είχα αρκετά.... Ξεκίνησα τήν εφαρμογή σε κεντρικά σημεία με το τζελ... Έχει κάνει δουλειά τα μείωσε αλλά μέχρι στιγμής δεν έχει εξαλειφθεί το πρόβλημα οπότε όλο κ βλέπω από 2-3 ανά κάποια διαστήματα από καιρό... Οτι βοήθησε το σκευασμα βοήθησε αλλά δεν έχει όμως σε μέγιστο βαθμό λύσει το πρόβλημα....
Effective, but finishes quickly and MUCH more expensive than the BASF Amulet that served me better and which I recommend more than this one (Try to find the ants' nest and make them disappear).
Very expensive for 4gr, while extremely pricey for 30gr compared to the 30gr of Amulet.

Το χρησιμοποίησα για τα μαύρα μυρμήγκια του κήπου που κινούνται σε γραμμή το ένα πίσω από το άλλο, είναι πολύ αποτελεσματικό. Αν όμως στον κήπο υπάρχουν άλλες τροφές γλυκιές όπως σύκα τότε δεν το προτιμούν. Καλό είναι να το χρησιμοποιήσει κανείς την άνοιξη μόλις αρχίσουν να κυκλοφορούν όταν είναι πεινασμένα γιατί το εξαφανίζουν στην κυριολεξια και μετά εξαφανίζονται και αυτά..

Απέκτησα ξαφνικά τεράστιο πρόβλημα με τα μυρμηγκια στο σπίτι ενω με δύο παιδιά όταν έπεφτε το παραμικρό ψιχουλο έκαναν ουρα..δε τα προλαβαινα με τίποτα. Πήρα το συγκεκριμένο gel και ένα βράδυ έριξα σε τρία σημεία που είχαν σκάψει στους αρμους(!) στα πλακάκια στο μπαλκόνι..μετά από δύο ώρες βγήκα να δω και είχαν τσιμπησει το δολωμα...το επόμενο βράδυ τυχαία είχα ένα μεγάλο μυρμηγκι, τη βασίλισσα. Τη σκότωσα και από τότε μυρμηγκι ούτε για δείγμα!! Σώθηκα! 1000/1000!!

First of all, it is for indoor ants, not for the garden. You put a drop near the ant line and you're done. As soon as one finds it, it signals the others, they eat it, faint, and then when they wake up, they take it to the nest and that's how the queen dies. In a week, they are all dead.

Απλά φοβερό, όσοι λένε ότι δεν δούλεψε δεν το κάνουν σωστά.
Πρώτα από όλα είναι για μυρμήγκια σπιτιού και όχι κήπου. Βάζεις μία σταγόνα κοντά στην γραμμή των μυρμιγκιών και τελίωσες. Μόλις την βρει ένα δίνει σήμα και στους υπολοίπους, τρώνε, λιποθυμάνε και μετά όταν ξυπνήσουν την πάνε στην φωλιά και έτσι πεθαίνει η βασίλισσα. Σε μία βδομάδα έχουν ψωφήσει όλα.
Μην κάνετε το λάθος και τα σκουπίσετε όταν έχουν λιποθυμήσει!
It does the job but it requires monitoring and repetition until they completely disappear. If you are lucky and find their nests, it's much better and faster

I decided to try it... as you can see in the photos, I placed it in a spot where I knew they come and go, and after a while they gathered there and ate for hours... the next day I saw 4-5 of them coming and going, so I put it again... fewer gathered and they ate again. Today I don't see any...
I wish I knew where the nest is because then I would have a sure result. I believe it works, I'm just cautious because other ants may come from another nest, you never know.
The trick is to place it where the ants pass by... not wherever it comes to you without seeing them... and if you know where the nest is... even better.
UPDATE:
It has been three months now and I haven't seen any ants again, not even a trace. It works!! I recommend it!! Now we'll see again for next year. I still have some left and if needed, I will use it again then. Excellent product!

Η κουζίνα είχε γεμίσει με τους μικρούς μας φίλους .. είπα να το δοκιμάσω... όπως βλέπετε και στις φωτό έβαλα σε σημείο που ήξερα ότι βγαίνουν και περνάνε και μετά από καμιά ώρα μαζεύτηκαν εκεί και τρώγανε για ώρες.... την επόμενη μέρα είδα 4-5 να πηγαινοέρχονται και έτσι έβαλα πάλι... μαζεύτηκαν πολύ λιγότερα και τρώγανε πάλι. Σήμερα δεν βλέπω κανένα...
Μακάρι να ήξερα που είναι η φωλιά γιατί έτσι θα είχα σιγουρο αποτέλεσμα. Πιστεύω ότι κάνει δουλειά απλά είμαι σε επιφυλακή επειδή μπορεί να έρθουν και άλλα από άλλη φωλιά, ποτέ δεν ξέρεις.
Το κόλπο είναι να το βάλεις από εκεί που περνάνε τα μυρμήγκια... όχι όπου σου έρθει χωρις να τα έχεις δει... και αν γνωρίζεις που είναι η φωλιά... ακόμα καλύτερα.
ΕΝΗΜΕΡΩΣΗ:

Well, since I see in the comments that you are using it incorrectly and evaluating it negatively, I will explain some things to you.
The expiration date plays a very important role.
You place the product where you know ants pass by.
You ONLY put one drop in each spot. You can put it in multiple spots to make sure it reaches every nest.
Not all individuals from each nest need to come into contact with it. Just one from each nest is enough to kill the queen and dissolve the nest.
After some time, new generations may appear. Repeat the process.
The best application is for a maximum of 24 hours. After that, clean up and you will have 100% results.
Remember, you don't use it however you want, but how you should. It is super effective.
Λοιπόν, επειδή βλέπω στα σχόλια ότι το χρησιμοποιείτε άστοχα και το αξιολογείτε αρνητικά, θα σας εξηγήσω κάποια πράγματα.
Η ημερομηνία λήξης παίζει σημαντικότατο ρόλο.
Το σκεύασμα το τοποθετείτε εκεί που ξέρετε ότι περνάνε τα μυρμήγκια.
Βάζετε ΜΟΝΟ μια σταγόνα σε κάθε σημείο. Μπορείτε να βάλετε σε πολλά σημεία για να ξέρετε ότι για κάθε φωλιά έχουνε περάσει σίγουρα "ένοικοι".
Δε χρειάζεται να πάνε όλα τα άτομα της κάθε φωλιάς. Έστω κι ένα από κάθε φωλιά αρκεί για να σκοτώσει τη βασίλισσα και να διαλυθεί η φωλιά.
Μετά από κάποιο καιρό ίσως εμφανιστούν νέες γενιές. Επαναλαμβάνετε τη διαδικασία.
Η καλύτερη εφαρμογή είναι για ένα 24ωρο το πολύ. Μετά καθαρίζετε κι έχετε 100% αποτέλεσμα.
Να θυμάστε, δεν το χρησιμοποιείτε όπως σας

I had a problem with ants in the kitchen and I couldn't find where they were coming from so I got this. At first, I was relieved for about a week to 10 days. But then they came back and literally ignored the gel. In the end, I found where they were coming from and sprayed with WD-40 and that was it.

Φαίνεται πως τα δικά μου τα μυρμήγκια ήταν πολύ εκλεκτικά. Έχω στη βεράντα τα πολύ-πολύ μικρά, μεγέθους 1-2 χιλιοστών το πολύ, αλλά είναι μαύρα και όχι κιτρινωπά ή κοκινωπά, όπως τα Φαραώ. Είχα δοκιμάσει κι εγώ πολλούς φυσικούς τρόπους προηγουμένως, χωρίς αποτέλεσμα.
Την τελευταία φορά είχα χρησιμοποιήσει για αρκετές μέρες, ένα μείγμα από μέλι και σόδα, σε ίσες αναλογίες ( γιατί το μείγμα ζάχαρη-σόδα, δεν το πλησίαζαν). Τα είχε μειώσει αισθητά, αλλά δεν τα είχε εξαφανίσει.
Δοκίμασα το τζελ, ερχόταν, το μύριζαν και έκαναν μεταβολή.
Σκέφτηκα να το ανακατέψω και αυτό με μέλι μισό-μισό. Το έτρωγαν, αλλά όχι με πολύ ενθουσιασμό.
Για τρεις μέρες είχαν εξαφανιστεί (δεν βρήκα έξω ψόφια), αλλά φαίνεται πως είχαν κηρύξει τριήμερο πένθος ή πως τους δημιούργησε δυσπεψία και περίμεναν να συνέλθουν. Μετά επανήλθαν. Έβαλα ξανά, χωρίς να βλέπω ιδιαίτερη διαφορά.
Σκέφτηκα να κάνω ένα πείραμα. Άφησα έξω από το σημείο εξόδου ένα κομμάτι ξύγκι από κοτόπουλο και αμέσως μαζεύτηκαν γύρω ένα σωρό. Έριξα πάνω μια σταγόνα τζελ, με την ελπίδα να το φάνε, αλλά εξαφανίστηκαν αμέσως!!!
Μετά από μερικές μέρες, δοκίμασα και άλλο δόλωμα ( της raid), που επίσης δεν το πλησίαζαν και το άλλειψα και αυτό με μέλι και βρήκα μερικά ψόφια.
Τώρα, κάνω εναλλάξ τις διάφορες μεθόδους και μπορώ να πω, πως αυτά που κυκλοφορούν έξω είναι μετρημένα στα δάκτυλα, αλλά δεν ξέρω τι γίνεται μέσα στη φωλιά και επίσης δεν ξέρω ποια από τις τρεις μεθόδους είχε το καλύτερο αποτέλεσμα. Επίσης δεν ξέρω τι θα γίνει σε μερικές μέρες και αν έχει ψοφήσει η βασίλισσά τους, που είναι το ζητούμενο.
Προσπαθώ για πάνω από 20 μέρες συνολικά.
Θα επανέλθω σε μερικές μέρες.

Ενώ τις προηγούμενες μέρες σχεδόν είχαν εξαφανιστεί, έβαλα ξανά σαν δόλωμαγια το μέλι εξω από τη φωλιά τους και είδα πως άρχισαν να μαζεύονται πάλι αρκετά.
Πρόσεξα όμως, πως τα περισσότερα ήταν πολύ μικρά. Ελάχιστα ενήλικα κυκλοφορούσαν. Άρα μάλλον θα είχαν ψοφήσει τα μεγάλα.
Έβαλα ξανά το μείγμα τζελ-μέλι και ήρθαν αρκετά, αλλά είμαι επιφυλακτική για το αποτέλεσμα.

Επειδή και πάλι δεν είχα αποτέλεσμα, δοκίμασα άλλο τζελ, της Δάφνη Αgrotel, το έφαγαν και σε 5 ώρες έγιναν παρελθόν.
10 μέρες τώρα δεν έχω δει ούτε ίχνος τους.

Οτι βοήθησε το σκευασμα βοήθησε αλλά δεν έχει όμως σε μέγιστο βαθμό λύσει το πρόβλημα....

Πρώτα από όλα είναι για μυρμήγκια σπιτιού και όχι κήπου. Βάζεις μία σταγόνα κοντά στην γραμμή των μυρμιγκιών και τελίωσες. Μόλις την βρει ένα δίνει σήμα και στους υπολοίπους, τρώνε, λιποθυμάνε και μετά όταν ξυπνήσουν την πάνε στην φωλιά και έτσι πεθαίνει η βασίλισσα. Σε μία βδομάδα έχουν ψωφήσει όλα.
Μην κάνετε το λάθος και τα σκουπίσετε όταν έχουν λιποθυμήσει!

Η κουζίνα είχε γεμίσει με τους μικρούς μας φίλους .. είπα να το δοκιμάσω... όπως βλέπετε και στις φωτό έβαλα σε σημείο που ήξερα ότι βγαίνουν και περνάνε και μετά από καμιά ώρα μαζεύτηκαν εκεί και τρώγανε για ώρες.... την επόμενη μέρα είδα 4-5 να πηγαινοέρχονται και έτσι έβαλα πάλι... μαζεύτηκαν πολύ λιγότερα και τρώγανε πάλι. Σήμερα δεν βλέπω κανένα...
Μακάρι να ήξερα που είναι η φωλιά γιατί έτσι θα είχα σιγουρο αποτέλεσμα. Πιστεύω ότι κάνει δουλειά απλά είμαι σε επιφυλακή επειδή μπορεί να έρθουν και άλλα από άλλη φωλιά, ποτέ δεν ξέρεις.
Το κόλπο είναι να το βάλεις από εκεί που περνάνε τα μυρμήγκια... όχι όπου σου έρθει χωρις να τα έχεις δει... και αν γνωρίζεις που είναι η φωλιά... ακόμα καλύτερα.

You place the product where you know ants pass by.
You ONLY put one drop in each spot. You can put it in multiple spots to make sure it reaches every nest.
Not all individuals from each nest need to come into contact with it. Just one from each nest is enough to kill the queen and dissolve the nest.
After some time, new generations may appear. Repeat the process.
The best application is for a maximum of 24 hours. After that, clean up and you will have 100% results.

Δε χρειάζεται να πάνε όλα τα άτομα της κάθε φωλιάς. Έστω κι ένα από κάθε φωλιά αρκεί για να σκοτώσει τη βασίλισσα και να διαλυθεί η φωλιά.
Μετά από κάποιο καιρό ίσως εμφανιστούν νέες γενιές. Επαναλαμβάνετε τη διαδικασία.
Η καλύτερη εφαρμογή είναι για ένα 24ωρο το πολύ. Μετά καθαρίζετε κι έχετε 100% αποτέλεσμα.
Να θυμάστε, δεν το χρησιμοποιείτε όπως σας
