A sparkling wine whose production process begins with an early harvest, undergoes two years of aging in a French oak barrel, and finishes with bottle fermentation by hand-turning for 6 months.
Wines produced in this way are the most expensive but also the most refined, as they acquire a unique character from barrel aging, second fermentation, and bottle maturation.
The bubbles are the most persistent and, due to the time, are better integrated into the wine than with any other method.
