The BLACKplus series by Risoli is made from cast aluminum with a thickness of 7.2mm and features the new generation El Diamant coating, which guarantees unparalleled scratch resistance as well as excellent non-stick properties. The El Diamant coating, made from mineral particles, combined with the properties of cast aluminum, ensures healthy cooking without the use of fat at low or medium temperatures, preserving the nutritional values of food.

Care and usage instructions:

  • Wash with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge.
  • Dry thoroughly and coat with butter or oil.
  • Do not heat the cookware while it is empty.
  • Do not leave the cookware on the fire once its contents have evaporated.

Cast aluminum is a very good conductor of heat and continuous overheating may damage the coating.
