The inSPORTline Pilates box is used as a stable support platform for exercises with a Pilates reformer or on the floor. The additional elevation allows for a greater range of motion and new exercise positions, while helping you perform movements in a controlled and symmetrical way. It is suitable for exercises targeting the core, glutes, hamstrings and upper body, as well as for stretching and mobility exercises.

The wooden frame is covered with PVC and filled with EPE foam, providing a moderately soft yet stable surface. Two handles make it easy to carry and position.
