This is the iconic label of the largest single organic vineyard in Greece. Chateau Porto Carras is a milestone in the modern history of the Greek wine world.
The first bottle was vinified by the renowned Emile Peynaud (1912-2004), and it is the first Greek PDO wine featuring Greek varieties (Limnio) along with international varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc).
The 1998 vintage is a full-bodied, rich, and spicy wine that will strongly remind you of the great wines of Bordeaux.
An exceptional bottle worth having in your cellar.
