Miasto is a board game that explores the development of cities in areas where wilderness once prevailed. The newly erected skyscrapers tower over old, abandoned houses whose residents have moved away or lost their lives due to cultural diseases. The vast areas on the outskirts of the cities are cheap, easy to develop, and profitable. However, constructing new infrastructure poses risks. Investors find themselves in a delicate balance: the farther from the city center, the lower the property prices and the higher the profits, but if the investment is placed too far away, it may become unprofitable and bring down even the strongest companies.
