First time I took creatine and I saw a huge difference visually. As for strength, I don't think it made a difference, I was lifting the same. In the measurements I regularly take, it showed +3 kilograms in 2 months (from 73 to 76), of which 1.5 were muscle.

These numbers are indicative, it doesn't mean they are 100% accurate.

I don't take the recommended dosage, but half of it. I didn't have any problems at all, it seems to be safe. I will start taking 4 capsules on training days.
