• Before the first use of the cooler (in case it was transported in a horizontal position), it should remain upright for at least 10 hours so that the oils in the mechanical parts can settle, in order to avoid problems and ensure its proper operation.
• The cooler should never operate while the water bottle is empty because this increases resistance levels and there is a risk of damage to all its mechanical parts (such as the pump, tank, thermostat, etc.).
• The hot water supply switch (usually red in color) should not remain permanently on because there is a risk of damaging the thermostat and reducing the performance of the cold water due to overheating of the system.

The cooler is equipped with switches for activating the cold and hot water functions. For optimal performance and long-term maintenance of the cooler's good condition, we recommend activating only one of the two functions at a time, not both simultaneously. To ensure the proper functioning of the cooler, you should turn off the switches during the hours when the cooler is not in use.

It is very important to perform cleaning – maintenance and descaling of the cooler’s boiler every 6 months. Cleaning not only improves the proper functioning of the cooler but also cleans all the internal pipes, which over time can develop bacteria, salts, and odors in the water, making its consumption unhealthy.
