DJI Care Refresh is a protection program for DJI Osmo Action 6 cameras. It offers the possibility of replacing a damaged product with a new one, covering damages caused by user fault. The service includes:

• A two-year program with up to 4 replacements.
• Activation at any time by sending a verification video to DJI within 30 days of device activation.

To activate the service, you need to enter the Care Refresh code and the device's serial number on DJI's website. In case of an accident, the process involves reporting the incident and sending the broken equipment to DJI's warranty service.

Note: The service does not cover lost or stolen equipment, additional accessories, or damages resulting from claims that do not follow the instructions in the user manual.
