Pink Salt, also known as the "White Gold" of the Himalayas, is mined from the Salt Range mountains near the Himalayas. Geologists believe that the mine was formed millions of years ago under intense tectonic pressure and in an environment free from toxin exposure.

This salt is hand-mined and hand-washed, naturally sun-dried by specialized workers using traditional methods. This process ensures little to no pollution or waste during mining. The use of explosives within the mine is prohibited to protect the crystal structure of the salt.
