The Burton Sidehill backpack is designed for winter sports and hiking, with dedicated compartments for backcountry gear. The main compartment opens from the back and the top, while a separate pocket is provided for snow tools, along with a hydration sleeve and a fleece-lined pocket for goggles or accessories. The board can be carried vertically or in an A-frame configuration, while the stowable loops are useful for poles or an ice axe.

Cush ergonomic shoulder straps, an anatomical back panel and a reinforced waist belt help support the pack while carrying it. It is made from polyester and nylon, with Bluesign®-approved materials and a recycled polyester lining. The PFC-free DWR treatment and PU coating help protect against moisture.
