Aqua Filter FHPRA PRO filter, ideal for installation on the water supply of washing machines or dishwashers, is used to reduce water hardness. The filter offers easy refilling by the user, simply by removing the cap and adding a new quantity of material. The polyphosphate crystals dissolve in the water and coat elements such as iron, calcium, and magnesium, preventing their sedimentation and problems related to hard water.

The filter's efficiency reaches up to 60%. The filter screws directly onto the cold water supply of the washing machine, with no specialized installation required.

    An honest water softener and useful like all of them. This particular one gave me a bit of trouble until I managed to fit it, since it is relatively wide, about 6.5cm, and I had to move the angle valve further out. The issue, however, is that with the one gasket it comes with, it is not enough to prevent leaks. So I added two more until it could tighten sufficiently. Now, on the lower side, as I was screwing on the washing machine supply hose, the thread would not catch and I had to add a 3/4 brass adapter so it could screw on. For anyone who is not handy, I suggest not trying to install it alone...
