The BCS-P-NVR1602-4KE(3) is an IP network recorder from the BCS POINT series, designed for medium and large-scale surveillance systems. It supports up to 16 IP channels and two hard drives with a maximum capacity of 10 TB. The recorder offers five functions, including live view, recording, playback, archiving, and remote access, and features automatic synchronization of recordings from the cameras' microSD in case of disconnection and reconnection. The maximum recording resolution reaches 12 MP with support for H.265+, H.265, and H.264 compression.

The device features HDMI 4K and VGA outputs, the ability to split the screen into 1/4/6/8/9/16 cameras, and supports 128 simultaneous users.
