Based on our experience, and respecting the suggestions of many fathers of our church, we produced Wine of Divine Eucharist with the distinctive title Byzantine Nama.
Among dozens of Greek varieties, we chose the Muscat of Tyrnavos as the most ideal, and the result is a crimson and fragrant wine.
In which the characteristic sweet and fruity taste of the Muscat grape dominates.
Byzantine Nama contains exclusively natural grape sugars.
We strive for this high sweetness because such a sweet wine manages to maintain its stability against re-fermentation on its own, without the need for the addition of other substances.
