A distinctive wine that comes from selected low-yield vineyards, combining the famous Greek variety Assyrtiko with aging in acacia barrels for 6 months.
  • Alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures from 12 to 17°C in stainless steel tanks.
  • A portion of the Assyrtiko completes fermentation in new acacia barrels, where it matures for 6 months applying battonage.
  • The remaining quantity of the wine stays in stainless steel tanks with fine lees.
  • Suitable for aging 4-5 years from harvest.
