What do users say? AI-generated summary

Overall, opinions are mixed: many appreciate the taste and solubility, while others report difficulty mixing it. Positive comments also mention the nutritional profile and the convenience of having protein and creatine in one product. However, complaints about clumps, foam, and an overly sweet or sour taste recur, while some question the amount of protein and find it difficult to control the creatine dosage.

  • I won’t comment on the taste, since I bought the unflavored one, but rather on a “trick” they’ve pulled with the ingredients and creatine. The nutrition table says that 100 g contains 89 g of protein, which is a lie. If we add up the ingredients along with the fat and carbohydrates, there’s no room for the 10 g of creatine. Essentially, there’s 10 g less protein per 100 g. To calculate the protein in a lab analysis, they measure how much nitrogen is present, and creatine helps with that. So we have a lower-quality protein, add creatine, and count it as protein… Well done.

  • It dissolves easily without much shaking, and no little lumps remain... and it tastes wonderful. You should get it; I recommend it

  • What kind of abomination is this? I usually get the isolate, which is no longer available. This protein tastes sour. What was the point of this pointless change? A huge change in taste compared to the previous isolate

  • This product makes no sense. The creatine content of 3 g per serving is low; 5 g is the recommended daily dose. However, if you also want a second serving of protein on the same day, then the creatine dose becomes higher than it should be. It is neither more convenient nor more economical to mix creatine with protein in the same product. The worst thing is that Iso Whey Zero without creatine no longer seems to be available for sale on Skroutz, as if it has been replaced by this pointless product. It is much better to buy creatine and protein separately for better dosage control.

  • The best protein I have ever had, perfect solubility, 100% easy to digest. Gluten-free and lactose-free. Next time I will get the double one.
