I bought it for a long-haul flight (Japan). Very good build quality and excellent comfort due to the memory foam. However, the big drawback is that in coach seats that do not allow sufficient recline backward, the neck support is so reinforced that the pillow keeps the head in a very upright position, reducing the relative comfort. In seats with the ability to recline deeply (business class type), the pillow is extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, for this particular airline seat, I found that cheaper and less reinforced pillows are more comfortable.

It does its job just fine. For trips with airplanes, buses, it's decent. One star less because I would like it to have a scratch (Velcro) to attach it outside the backpack, whereas now you have to keep it inside or hold it in your hands.
