The brown bandage with very low elasticity NOBADUR® is densely woven and has an elasticity of about 38%. Due to its limited elasticity, it is used for venous compression (according to the Putter method). It is suitable both for thrombosis prevention and for postoperative treatment (e.g., varicose vein sclerotherapy, venous removal).

In cases of chronic wounds caused by venous insufficiency (e.g., lower limb ulcer), a compression bandage applied over the wound dressing supports the return of venous blood and, consequently, the healing of the wound.
