The Ermenrich Zing AL45 Battery Tester is a tool that allows for the quick examination of the condition of a car battery or an uninterruptible power supply (UPS). The tester connects to the two terminals via two terminals. It is ensured that the tester charges in the same way, without requiring another power source.

The tester readings are displayed on the built-in screen. The top line shows the overall health status of the battery as a percentage. If the value ranges between 40% and 60%, it is the appropriate time to consider replacing the battery, while below 40% indicates a loss of performance. All values above 60% are considered good. The screen also shows voltage, internal resistance, and cold cranking current (CCA). The controls are located at the bottom.
