The special wedges (squat wedges) help me incredibly to perform the exercise with the correct technique.

Deep Squats (in Greek, βαθιά καθίσματα) are a variation of the classic squat exercise, where the exerciser goes down as low as possible, with the glutes approaching the heels.
    ■
While in a typical "parallel" squat (parallel squat) the goal is for the thighs to come parallel to the ground (an angle of about 90 degrees at the knees), in the deep squat we go beyond that point.
