The headphones for the price they were bought (85 euros) are more than worth it. Upgrade from Freebuds 5i and I can say they are better in every way.
Apart from comparing them to the previous ones I had (and all the others that have passed through my hands), I can safely say they have the whole package for a user.

-Battery more than enough, although the ANC mode cuts the duration quite a bit (as with all ANC headphones)
Personally, the treble comes out-of-the-box more intense than the 5i and as a (nu) metal listener (mainly), I had to lower it immediately because it was annoying in this context. Just saying, as we say.

I was torn between these and the Liberty 4. They are excellent headphones and I am extremely satisfied! The noise cancellation is outstanding. On New Year's Eve, I was in a square with loud live music and received a call. The sound was crystal clear on both ends. I also use them as earplugs sometimes and they are also excellent!
Ήμουν ανάμεσα σε αυτά και στα Liberty 4. Είναι εξαιρετικά ακουστικά και είμαι τρελά ευχαριστημένος! Η μείωση θορύβου είναι εξαιρετική. Την πρωτοχρονιά ήμουν σε πλατεία με δυνατή live μουσική και δέχτηκα κλήση. Ήχος πεντακάθαρος αμφότερα. Τα χρησιμοποιώ και για ωτοασπίδες καμία φορά και είναι επίσης εξαιρετικά!
I bought them from Germanos after previously purchasing the 5i as a gift for my wife and I was amazed by the sound quality..! I got these for myself thinking they would be better since the 7i was a superior and more expensive model, but the sound quality was terrible!!! Nothing to do with the cheaper model! Probably something will change in a future update but I don't think that's acceptable for headphones. In the end, I used doa for the first time and returned them!

Τα πήρα για καλύτερα μιας και τα 7i ήταν ανώτερο και ακριβότερο μοντέλο αλλά η ποιότητα του ήχου ήταν τραγική!!! Καμία σχέση με το φθηνότερο μοντέλο! Πιθανότατα σε κάποιο update κάτι θα αλλάξει αλλα δεν το δικαιολογώ για ακουστικά. Τελικά χρησιμοποίησα για πρώτη μου φορά doa και τα επέστρεψα!
Within 2-3 days, the left earbud developed a problem: When I had ANC enabled and wore it after some time of non-use, it would start to feedback and make noises. I ended up returning them. I also read a review on a blog and someone else had the same issue, so it's not an isolated incident. It might be something that could be fixed with a firmware update, but I wasn't willing to wait and find out :)
Other than that, out of the box on my phone the sound was worse than the Freebuds 4i (AAC codec), until I discovered that I had to enable high quality sound from the Huawei app. When I did, the sound improved noticeably, and with a bit of EQ it was indeed an upgrade from the 4i.
The ANC is much stronger than the 4i, to the point where I felt uncomfortable. While it blocked out bassier noises better, I felt some higher-pitched ones were more piercing, e.g., in the subway.
I felt that spatial audio exists only for marketing purposes, as it drops the sound quality drastically when enabled. I tried to play with my bluetooth settings but to no avail.

Το spatial audio ένιωσα οτι υπάρχει μόνο για marketing, ρίχνει την ποιότητα του ήχου στα τάρταρα όταν το ενεργοποιούσα, προσπάθησα να παίξω με τις ρυθμίσεις του bluetooth μου αλλά μάταια.

Other than that, out of the box on my phone the sound was worse than the Freebuds 4i (AAC codec), until I discovered that I had to enable high quality sound from the Huawei app. When I did, the sound improved noticeably, and with a bit of EQ it was indeed an upgrade from the 4i.
The ANC is much stronger than the 4i, to the point where I felt uncomfortable. While it blocked out bassier noises better, I felt some higher-pitched ones were more piercing, e.g., in the subway.
I felt that spatial audio exists only for marketing purposes, as it drops the sound quality drastically when enabled. I tried to play with my bluetooth settings but to no avail.

Μέσα σε 2-3 μέρες έβγαλε πρόβλημα το αριστερό ακουστικό: Όταν ειχα ενεργοποιημένο ANC και το φορούσα μετά από κάποια ώρα μη-χρήσης, μικροφώνιζε κι έκανε θορύβους. Τα επέστρεψα τελικά. Διάβασα κι ένα review σε ένα blog κι είχε κι άλλος το ίδιο θέμα, άρα δεν είναι μεμονωμένο περιστατικό. Μπορεί να ειναι και κάτι που θα φτιάξει με firmware update, αλλά δεν ψήθηκα να περιμένω να μάθω :)

Το spatial audio ένιωσα οτι υπάρχει μόνο για marketing, ρίχνει την ποιότητα του ήχου στα τάρταρα όταν το ενεργοποιούσα, προσπάθησα να παίξω με τις ρυθμίσεις του bluetooth μου αλλά μάταια.

1. LDAC codec (all Huawei use this) (not AAC, aptX, etc.)
2. "Prioritise Sound Quality" in the Huawei AI Life app (.apk)
3. Low latency mode OFF (it ruins the sound) in AI Life
4. Developer options (Android) Best sound quality (kbp/s)
The headphones for the price they were bought (85 euros) are more than worth it. Upgrade from Freebuds 5i and I can say they are better in every way.
Apart from comparing them to the previous ones I had (and all the others that have passed through my hands), I can safely say they have the whole package for a user.
-Excellent sound quality with punchy bass
-Very good ANC
-Battery more than enough, although the ANC mode cuts the duration quite a bit (as with all ANC headphones)
Personally, the treble comes out-of-the-box more intense than the 5i and as a (nu) metal listener (mainly), I had to lower it immediately because it was annoying in this context. Just saying, as we say.

Εκτός πλαισίου σύγκρισης με τα προηγούμενα που είχα (και ολα τα άλλα που έχουν περάσει απο τα χέρια μου) μπορώ να πω με ασφάλεια οτι έχουν όλο το πακέτο για εναν χρήστη.
-Εξαιρετική ποιότητα ήχου με punchy μπάσο
-Πολυ καλό ANC
-Μπαταρία υπεραρκετή αν και το anc mode κόβει αρκετά διάρκεια (όπως σε όλα τα ακουστικα anc)
Προσωπικά τα πρίμα έρχονται out-of-the-box πιο εντονα απο το 5i και σαν ακροατής (nu) metal (κυριως) επρεπε να τα χαμηλώσω αμεσως γιατι ηταν ενοχλητικά σε αυτό το context. Κλαιν μαιν που λεμε.
I was torn between these and the Liberty 4. They are excellent headphones and I am extremely satisfied! The noise cancellation is outstanding. On New Year's Eve, I was in a square with loud live music and received a call. The sound was crystal clear on both ends. I also use them as earplugs sometimes and they are also excellent!
Ήμουν ανάμεσα σε αυτά και στα Liberty 4. Είναι εξαιρετικά ακουστικά και είμαι τρελά ευχαριστημένος! Η μείωση θορύβου είναι εξαιρετική. Την πρωτοχρονιά ήμουν σε πλατεία με δυνατή live μουσική και δέχτηκα κλήση. Ήχος πεντακάθαρος αμφότερα. Τα χρησιμοποιώ και για ωτοασπίδες καμία φορά και είναι επίσης εξαιρετικά!
I bought them from Germanos after previously purchasing the 5i as a gift for my wife and I was amazed by the sound quality..! I got these for myself thinking they would be better since the 7i was a superior and more expensive model, but the sound quality was terrible!!! Nothing to do with the cheaper model! Probably something will change in a future update but I don't think that's acceptable for headphones. In the end, I used doa for the first time and returned them!
Τα πήρα από το Γερμανό αφού προηγήθηκε αγορά των 5i σαν δώρο για τη σύζυγο και έμεινα έκπληκτος από την ποιότητα του ήχου..! Τα πήρα για καλύτερα μιας και τα 7i ήταν ανώτερο και ακριβότερο μοντέλο αλλά η ποιότητα του ήχου ήταν τραγική!!! Καμία σχέση με το φθηνότερο μοντέλο! Πιθανότατα σε κάποιο update κάτι θα αλλάξει αλλα δεν το δικαιολογώ για ακουστικά. Τελικά χρησιμοποίησα για πρώτη μου φορά doa και τα επέστρεψα!
Within 2-3 days, the left earbud developed a problem: When I had ANC enabled and wore it after some time of non-use, it would start to feedback and make noises. I ended up returning them. I also read a review on a blog and someone else had the same issue, so it's not an isolated incident. It might be something that could be fixed with a firmware update, but I wasn't willing to wait and find out :)
