Exceptional Green Tea from the Yunnan region. It consists of small leaves and buds covered with white fuzz and rolled into small "snails." When they fall into water, they begin to unfurl and reveal their original shape, which is the bud of the leaf along with the first small leaf.

It is the simplest in its category, with fewer buds, yet remaining an excellent tea. Its infusion is bright, light-colored, yellowish, and transparent, with a rich palette of aromas. For many, its scent is reminiscent of the saltiness of the sea and iodine, while for others, it has the aroma of roasted chestnuts.
