The PulmoTrainer device is a breathing exercise tool designed to assist and improve deep inhalation (inhale). Deep breathing helps expand the alveoli in the lungs and clear the airways from mucus.

Application instructions:

1. Inhale forcefully, trying to lift one, two, or all three balls, following your doctor’s instructions.
2. Hold your breath for 2 to 3 seconds and
3. Exhale slowly through the nose after removing the mouthpiece from your lips.
4. Relax after each deep breath and breathe normally.
5. Repeat the process as often as prescribed by your doctor.
6. Cough after exercising to remove accumulated secretions. You may use a small pillow for chest incisions.
