Prosecco D.O.C. Friuli is a sparkling rosé Brut Millesimato made from the Glera and Pinot Nero varieties, originating from the Pitaro family's own vineyards. Proper agricultural practices are followed with respect for the vineyard and the land.

  • Vineyard planted using the Guyot system
  • Harvested in the first half of September
  • White vinification with the addition of Pinot Nero must
  • Fermentation completed for more than 60 days in low-temperature stainless steel closed tanks (Martinotti method)
