Application Method:
After applying the color, a layer of Top Non Wipe is applied and cured for 30 seconds until the top is warm. After curing, the powder is rubbed onto the warm top with the special brush. Once the process is complete for all 10 fingers, excess powder is removed and sealed with Top Non Wipe.
