ABLOY DC240 EN-2-6 Standard Door Return Spring

The ABLOY DC240 return spring is suitable for large exterior doors and interior doors exposed to pressure conditions and heavy use. The main features are as follows:

• Adjustable closing speed EN2-6 with a basic arm from an external valve.
• Separate adjustment valves for closing speed and door latch speed.
• Back Check (BC) function that slows down the door's momentum when opening or closing.
• Operating temperatures from -35°C to +45°C.
• Adjustable arm height up to 14 mm.
• Two pressure relief valves for protection against improper use.

The spring can be installed on both the pull and push sides. The adjustment of the Back Check operating angle and latch speed can be customized depending on the arm's position relative to the grooved axis. Each groove represents an angle of 11°.
