Instructions for use: Shake the oil well before application to combine the two phases of the formula. Apply 1–2 pumps of oil to damp or dry hair, along the lengths and ends, avoiding the roots. No rinsing required.

I have long hair down to my waist, straight up to the jaw then it becomes curly. Thin but a lot and it frizzes incredibly. I didn't see any difference. I tried it on both damp and dry hair, I didn't notice any drastic change. Of course, I don't have any split ends or damaged hair, my main problem is my very dry ends. So maybe it wasn't suitable for my case and it didn't suit me
