The Mizuno Momentum Elite Mid are women's volleyball shoes in white. MIZUNO ENERZY and MIZUNO ENERZY CORE in the forefoot provide cushioning, while MIZUNO WAVE in the heel combines cushioning and stability.

The raised midsole on the outer side of the midfoot and the expanded contact area on the inner side of the outsole enhance lateral stability. The half-bootie construction makes it easier to tighten the laces, while the soft padding around the opening provides ankle comfort. The outrigger design around the little toe enhances lateral support.
