Well, the pillow is very soft relatively and sinks more and more after an hour...
Certainly, it is not for those who want to keep their head high...
On the sides, you feel like your head is floating and not resting properly and snugly so you can relax and sleep...
Certainly, you need to put your hand underneath to give it some height...
Also, you will definitely need a second thin pillow (I mean some completely flat pillows) I believe if you combine both, you will find a nice and happy solution!
No matter how much you break it, it doesn't break and remains in its original composition...

    I got this specific pillow as soon as I received it... 1+1 free as the company Bluestore says for 18 euros and something, BUT it is not filled with silicone balls, it is simply made with polyester material like that which is used to fill teddy bears....... At least don't deceive people with the description!!!! Another product is advertised and another is sent.....
