Very nice ruby color, it is still very youthful. The varietal typicality is maintained in the abundant aroma of red fruits, accompanied by discreet herbal and animal nuances, as well as elegant notes of pepper. The taste is fresh and fruity, with high acidity and tasty tannins of medium volume and robustness. Interesting and easy-to-drink wine, with excellent balance and enjoyable aftertaste.

Serve at a temperature of 17°C. Drink it with pasta with minced meat. It also excels with rabbit, wild goat, or pheasant. It pairs perfectly with red lentils or lentils with Cretan bacon. A very nice combination is also with rabbit or hare stifado, with Imam Baildi eggplants, and with moussaka. It will also excel with Smyrna-style sausage with red sauce, while in seasons of mild temperatures - when you can enjoy rich and intense flavors - its acidity makes it an excellent match for the fat of a roasted lamb.
