The goal of the game is to earn as much money as possible while also gaining the recognition of the boss - Mr. Kazimierz.

Players buy and sell pawned items, making decisions that affect their value. Some items have hidden advantages or disadvantages. Opponents in the game are the other employees who are also seeking the boss's recognition. The winner is the one who proves to be the best strategist and salesperson of the year.

The game offers fun through original twists, humorous auction cards, and a dose of laugh-inducing situations. Players are forced to interact, making it enjoyable for everyone.
