Very nice in appearance, very nice and light step, for all speeds... but... a big but... I supposedly got them on sale. (€95) .. unacceptable build quality, from the first 30 km on asphalt the sole started to wear out.. after 100 km they even got holes in the front... come on adidas .. don't get them for training miles... better to spend €160 on saucony, hoka, mizuno... asics... they are worth it.. never again adidas... only for disposable shoes.. or only for treadmill ..if you have money to waste..

Obviously among the top 3 best of '25 for all workouts, very lightweight, very good rebound, the sole makes the difference, they breathe, everything it says it promises! (2026 obviously yes, it is a shoe that keeps racking up miles and is suitable for everything)

Incredibly lightweight and ideal for a fast pace. But that's about it, at least for me. They lack stability (even compared to other neutral shoes), but the main issue for me was that they bothered me at the sides at times. Unfortunately, they did not fit me well at all, unlike the regular SL2s which, oddly enough, suited me better.

The color is amazing to start with. (Most compliments I've ever received for athletic shoes)
As a running shoe, I don't feel like I can attribute any significant negatives to it.
It is very comfortable and quite fast. Perfect for tempo workouts but also for long runs (I don't know if I would use it for a race).
On the "negatives" side, I would say that it is somewhat softer than I prefer my running shoes to be.
And the tongue can be a bit annoying at times.
I still recommend it unreservedly, especially if you find it for €120 or less.

After ten kilometers of running at a relaxed pace, my opinion is that the shoe is not the top one but simply a good shoe for all types. I do not consider it the best in its category but it is simply a good shoe in the 80-100 € category. I bought them for 104€ on offer and I think it is a good price. However, the original price of 150 € for what it offers is not worth it. I almost always wear size 43 to 43.5 in sports shoes but I got these in 44 because with 43 1/3 I was borderline with a thin sock and with a regular one my toes touched the front, so 44 was the only option. The quality of the shoes is very good and I believe they will last for many kilometers while the grip on the foot is good but not perfect. I hope I helped. Happy running!!

It is no coincidence that it is praised on international review sites. Excellent grip on dry and wet surfaces, incredible rebound from the Lightstrike Pro midsole, and so light that you hardly feel you’re wearing them. Satisfactory at a 6min/km pace but where they truly shine is at 5-4min/km for tempo runs. The laces are indeed average, but at this price point, I think they have no competition

It is a very good running shoe, one of the most honest choices. It has an aggressive design and is soft, absorbs shocks, and its sole does not slip. It is not a shoe for the coffee shop. I run 10 km, and for training it is quite good. It works very well at paces of 5 minutes per kilometer. If someone wants times under 4:30, in my opinion it is a bit soft. Its foam does not tire and works the same throughout the training range. Overall, it is a very good shoe, with which you can easily do almost everything. I had no problem with the size; whatever size I wear in adidas, I wear in these as well.
Update: After 250 km they have not shown the slightest wear, they feel the same and respond very well even at paces below 4:30.

I bought them because I had seen them up close and I liked their design. Unfortunately, although they seem to fit well when I wear them, they caused problems in my calf muscles and intense strains while running. The inner soles are very thin and do not support the arch of the foot compared to other adidas running shoes (e.g. supernova).

Very good shoes, excellent fit. The quality of the construction material is very poor for the money they cost.

These are not shoes for standing, nor for going out for coffee, maybe not even for simple walking. They are for running.
You can do almost the entire range of runs, except for recovery and trail.
They are also relatively unstable, they need a bit of getting used to and then they fly, but they also slip on any dirt you may find on the road or during sudden changes of direction.
If you run and land on your heels, don't buy them!
They have no problem in heavy rain.

It's good to try them on first. I think half a size up would be better. As for the feel, I use them for working out and they are lightweight.

Overpriced in my opinion. It is very good but not for relaxed paces. It impresses me at a 4:30 tempo but at a slower pace it personally tires me. Its big disadvantage is the non-existent sole. At the back you run with only lightsrike. It slips a lot and changing direction on wet surfaces is very dangerous. If you encounter even a little mud, you end up skating. Now I only wear them on the track and on short fast segments they perform perfectly. I recommend them but probably not for easy runs.

Having already run a 5km and a 10km race with these, I have to say that they are value for money, stability in the step, shock absorption, quality of materials and construction, I will get them in another color as well

It is the best daily trainer for 2025. Easy runs, Long Runs, Tempo or Intervals, it gets the job done. For me, the absolute VFM at 150 and with a lightstrike sole.

Very light and beautiful, but in my opinion, not suitable at all for standing. I have been wearing them for a week and my feet hurt, I just ordered insoles. The Ultraboost 25, although poorly made (they self-destruct like the message from Mission Impossible), is by far better, for standing I repeat.

The shoe does exactly what it says.. very good for training, comfortable for any pace.. worth the money.. I will buy a second pair as well

From the first time you wear them, they get so dirty that they never get clean, even on the second pair where I used protective spray. I'm attaching a photo from the second week.

Without a doubt, the most comfortable and lightweight shoes I have ever worn. The first sensation is a bit strange and somewhat unstable as the sole (which resembles oofos flip flops) is extremely soft and flexible. The only drawback is the tongue, which is very thin and lacks reinforcement. Almost every time you put on the shoe, it folds and you have to pull it into the correct position. Their price is good compared to more expensive models from the same company that do not come close to the comfort of the EVO SL.

Get them half a size bigger, otherwise it's an amazing shoe. I would say it's the evolution of boost.

After Duramo speed (perfect for beginners) I went for this shoe. Excellent in every aspect. Comfortable training, gives extra energy and absorption. Not for easy paces, be careful with the sizing (in speed 44 2/3 was small, in these 45 1/3 is bigger than I would like). Be careful with stability and generally if this is your first shoe of this kind, it takes time to get used to it. Overall excellent.

Update: Be very careful with the stability, if you don't have it it's better to go for another shoe. After some discomfort I read that the shoe might be to blame, not recommended for runners 85kg+ and long runs over 12km

Very lightweight and extremely bouncy midsole, offering high responsiveness and comfort. However, it is not as stable as classic stability shoes, which may affect those who need extra support. Ideal for tempo runs, but performs excellently in long runs as well, thanks to the combination of energy return and protection. I highly recommend it as a daily trainer for runners who do not have stability issues.

Guys, the shoe is good for training sessions, but it's not suitable for racing because it doesn't return any energy at all. Maybe the next version needs improvement for longer distances and races!
