The tempered glass is a strengthened glass specially designed to cover and protect the mobile screen from scratches and other damages. It does not affect the functionality of the screen. In case of dropping the phone, it provides additional protection. It features adhesive across its entire surface, unlike edge glue protectors which have adhesive only around their perimeter. This helps with better application and seamless touch screen operation. Additionally, it prevents dust from getting underneath, which can happen with edge glue protectors when the perimeter adhesive wears out.
