  • Purchased to replace the insoles in running shoes (not particularly expensive shoes). After testing, the difference compared to the originals is obvious, as the factory ones (even though supposedly for running shoes) were cheap, hard, and thin, resulting in less comfort and more strain. These particular insoles are softer and have better thickness, offering a more relaxed feeling and shock absorption. Therefore, I consider this a value for money product that offers satisfactory quality for its price. Just make sure the shoes are not too tight, because the extra thickness may push the toes a bit further forward.

Very good anatomical insoles. They have enough thickness and "lateral rigidity" to support the correct points of the sole. They provide elasticity and stability to the step, improving any shoe. Also, at first I felt a slight discomfort in my left foot as if I had put the insole crooked in the shoe. Eventually, I realized that I generally step with my toes slightly outward. So, these insoles helped me correct my gait.
